We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 30 days you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll provide return address to send us back.
Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please call or text us immediately at (929) 400-5033 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make it right! If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.
Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges
If merchandise is returned in "as-new” condition in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. If merchandise is heavy used condition a 20% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or exchange. We are do not provide any return lable, buyer pays for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
